While we are in the transition of finding additional help, the owner will typically be present on every vacation to ensure a seamless experience. However, even if the owner is not available, rest assured that someone from JetLife Vacations headquarters will always be present to provide assistance and address any concerns that may arise.

To enhance your travel experience, we work diligently to hire only the best local guides who are well-versed in the destinations we visit. These knowledgeable guides will be with the group throughout the vacation, providing valuable insights, navigating the local attractions, and ensuring a memorable journey.

With our dedicated team members and experienced local guides, you can have peace of mind knowing that your vacation will be expertly managed and supported every step of the way. Are Flights Included?

Flights are not included in our vacation packages. We do not offer inclusive flights due to the complexity and variability of airfare prices from different states across America. In order to provide accurate pricing, we would need to charge significantly higher amounts to cover the airfare costs, which would not be fair to our customers. Additionally, the current increase in airline ticket prices further adds to the challenge of including flights in our packages. However, we are more than happy to assist you in finding the best flight options that suit your travel needs and budget.

What does Double Occupancy Mean?

Double Occupancy means that the pricing for the vacation is based on a per-person basis, not per vacation. When a vacation package is advertised as double occupancy, it indicates that the cost mentioned is applicable per individual traveler sharing the accommodation with another person. It's important to note that the pricing is calculated individually to ensure transparency and flexibility when booking your vacation.

What is Single Occupancy?

Single occupancy means that the room is occupied by only one person, without sharing it with anyone else. This accommodation option is ideal for individuals who prefer privacy during their stay. The price for single occupancy is higher compared to double occupancy, as the cost of the entire room is borne by a single individual. This ensures that you have exclusive use of the room and all its amenities without having to share with another guest.

What types of trips do you offer?

We offer a range of getaway options to cater to different needs, including group travel and corporate travel management. These options are designed to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

However, it's important to note that we do not provide assistance with personal travel arrangements. This is because personal travel arrangements often involve frequent changes and cancellations, which can create challenges in terms of payment and logistics. By focusing on group and corporate travel, we are able to ensure a more streamlined process and deliver the best possible service to our clients.

If you are interested in exploring group or corporate travel options, we are more than happy to assist you in planning and organizing your trip. Our dedicated team is experienced in handling group dynamics and corporate travel requirements, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all participants.

How can I ask for a change/update/upgrade in my already booked experience?

The payments you deposit to us for your trip are used to pay for the hotel/residence and activities and other expenses. As you contact us for changing/delaying/transferring your trip to another date by canceling the presently purchased one, we request the vendors for the change/delay or repayment. It is important to note that our control on the policies of vendors is limited, some may entertain, others may not. However, we will give our best to convince and negotiate on your behalf. As we start receiving positive responses hinting that vendors are flexible for the transfer, indeed great news. Afterward, inform us with the next date to
plan for the trip.

Although we HIGHLY encourage you to get travel insurance, we do offer flexible trip transfers and refund options (when possible). Allow us to review the details of your upcoming getaway and share the best options we have to make sure you are healthy, happy, and satisfied.

What are the options if I can't make the upcoming payment?

What are my options if a trip is officially canceled?

As you know airlines, weather and global events like a pandemic are completely out of everyone’s control (sigh). In the unlikely event that your getaway is canceled, allow us to soften the disappointment by sharing our “Flexible Travel Policy.” There’s also the option to apply your credit to a private or group getaway, just ask us how @ hello@jetlifevacations.com

What is the best travel insurance in case I need to cancel my trip due to Covid-19?

Customarily trip cancellations are covered by standard travel insurance policies. The insurer compensates for the travel cancellation or interruption for events beyond your control (which are specified in the policy). A few examples may be, unfriendly weather, natural disaster, and illness which are typically covered by most insurance companies under travel
cancellation or travel interruption.

Travel Insight: For an added cost add the “cancel for any reason,” option to your travel insurance plan. Your insurer will honor the
cancellation or interruption, which includes COVID-19.
